At Aquaseal Rubber, we have recently worked with a ferry company, who operate in the passenger and freight services from the south of England to the Channel Islands.

Over the last months, we have been busy expanding our offerings and working with a variety of clients that come to us looking for bespoke solutions and this past project has not been any different.

We were approached by a ship owner in Russia who was looking for some replacement rubber seals for their dredger ships. As the original seals were made back in the 1960/70s, they aren’t being manufactured anymore and the client needed a solution.

During the second lockdown, we received an email from a ship that was docked in our local Blyth port. They asked if we could supply a new watertight hatch seal so the vessel could continue on its journey safely.

We’re fortunate to work with clients all over the world and for one of our latest projects we shipped some neoprene protection wraps all the way to South America!
