Sponge & Foam Products

 

We can split sponge and foam rolls or sheets from 1mm to 60mm, on the tightest of tolerances. Depending on material thickness, we can process rolls up to 250m.

Our materials can be self-adhesive coated; single or double-sided. We offer a full range of adhesives for internal or external use. Our sponge and foam can be made for high or low temperatures. They can have adhesives from low tack bonds to aggressive adhesives.

Our sponge and foam products can be used for:

  • pads
  • shapes
  • coils
  • gaskets
  • mouse mat bases
  • strips

Which Sponge & Foam Products do you need?

PVC

PVC sponge and foam can be produced in a rigid or flexible form. It is often used for padding due to its ability to absorb energy from knocks and resistance to abrasion.
